Help The Oliver Ohana Farm recover from a devastating fire
Donation protected
Hi Everyone,
My name is Miranda Lidstone, I am a friend and previous employee of the Oliver’s. Please help in any way you can (even just sharing the link) and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.
It breaks my heart to be writing this but The Oliver Ohana Farm suffered a major loss, February 10, 2025.
At around 10 pm their worst fears came true when a fire overtook one of their barns. Not only did the fire claim the barn itself but also the lives of a horse, pigs and many chickens.
In 2021 I was lucky enough to meet their lovely family when I began working for them through a school co-op program. I continued working there the following summer as I loved the work I got to help them do there and how their family was always so welcoming to me.
I could not imagine more caring people, and the work and countless hourly they put in to rescuing, rehoming and rehabilitating animals is nothing short of amazing.
Their future is now uncertain, and a major blow like this affects every aspect of the work they do.
Please consider donating to help them on their journey. If you aren’t able to help financially, please consider sharing this link so it can reach more people.
Thank you
