The one where the Colliers have Quads
Donation protected
My name is Jamie Collier. I am making this Gofundme on behalf of my brother Justin, his wife Madison, and their oldest, Isla. They are not the type to ask for help, but this unusual story HAS to be shared.
The quickest way to make God laugh is to tell him what your plans are for life. And that's exactly what happened. Justin and Madison were dead set on having one more baby to give Isla a sibling... But God had other plans.
On April 16th, 2021, Madison went to her first OB appointment for their newest bundle of joy. Boy, did she have a surprise… As the OB was doing the ultrasound, the doctor found not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 (yes, you read that right) bundles of joy. It turns out Madison was at the beginning of a really miraculous story. This news came as a complete shock since they were not using any IVF treatments, pills or even so much as a vitamin. So a little bit of shocking data here.. The odds of having natural quads is 1 in 700,000. To add to that, all babies have their own sac and placenta, which has the odds of 1 in 15 million!!!
I’m sure you can imagine all the thoughts, fears, concerns, and emotions this sweet couple is going through. They will need a larger car and house, 4 times the baby products, tons of diapers and formula, plus whatever else comes up. Not to mention, Isla, who is currently 3, has a condition called Juvenile Arthritis, which requires special shoes and expensive specialists.
Justin works as a marketing consultant while Madison works part time teaching a program called Read 180, which helps children improve their reading skills. Due to Isla’s many doctor appointments and physical therapy sessions, it’s hard for Madison to work full time. So as you can imagine their tight budget just got a whole lot tighter. Any donation would be an amazing blessing to this family of now 7. Every penny will go towards helping with medical bills, lost wages from Madison being out work, a new car, baby supplies, and anything else that may be needed.
We would like to thank you in advance for any donations that are made and ask that you keep Justin and Madison in your thoughts and prayers.
