Let's help the Padgett family start their lives over. Bryan and Abbey have five kids ages 12, 10, 9, 7, and 5 months old and have spent the last 7 years in Stillwater Oklahoma planting a church and serving the community of Stillwater. I won't go into all the ups and downs they have endured during this season of church planting, but there certainly have been ups and downs. These have been expected, however, and they knew there would be challenges with beginning a new church in a small town in Oklahoma.

The reason the Padgetts are in need now is that Bryan has made one of the hardest decisions he has ever made and has chosen to step down from Redeemer and pastoring altogether. He needs time and counseling and a fresh start for himself and his family. During this time of immense need, he also needs to settle his family in another city, and find a new career, all the time while providing currently for his family.

During their time of ministry, Abbey has had countless health issues that have been very costly and have created some obstacles in providing for the family along the way. The home projects have stacked up and been put on the back burner too many times, but now that they need to sell their home promptly, the money to complete the projects is just not there.

Practically speaking the needs of the Padgetts include but are not limited to current and past medical bills, house repairs to prepare their house for sale, moving expenses, current living expenses, etc...

The hope here is to help alleviate some of the burdens of leaving a career, leaving a city they've called home, leaving relationships, school, and friends all while making sound decisions for the future of their family. This time is stressful and made more difficult with their financial need. This is a family we love and we know you do as well. Let's rise up as a community and help our brother and sister in need all while encouraging them to keep going and land in a good spot for their family.
