The Passing of Miz Fran Cina Chambers

Dear Family and Friends,

You may know that Fran Cina Ann Chambers (Miz Fran), an educational instructor from Monroe Middle School, San Jose, CA, received her heavenly wings on August 8, 2022. Our families were devastated by her passing and were not prepared to say goodbye to her so quickly.

We wish to acknowledge the outpouring of love, prayers and support from those who loved her and desired to support the family. As such, in place of flowers and other expressions of love, we are requesting financial support for both of her celebration of life funeral services.

We are seeking to raise $30,000.00.

Miz Fran was an award-winning educational instructor, Girl Scouts troop leader, an innovative program initiator/planner, a caring chaperone to her students and Girl Scout troops, and a supportive/loving friend and beloved mother, sister, and family member.

Miz Fran will be transported home to New Orleans, LA, to be remembered with Essie Wilson (our grandmother), David Chambers II (our father), Louise Chambers (our mother) and Kevin Chambers (our brother).

The New Orleans celebration of life funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, September 10, 2022, at Gentilly Baptist Church, 5141 Franklin Ave, New Orleans, LA 70122.

Her life and legacy will be celebrated in San Jose, CA, at a future date.

After the funeral costs have been paid, any remaining funds will be used to pay off her remaining medical expenses and finances.
