The Pauk Family
Donation protected
On June 4th, 2023 the world lost an amazing man. Matt and Jennifer Pauk were in a tragic motorcycle accident. Matt did not survive the accident and Jennifer is being cared for at a local hospital. Prayers would be greatly appreciated for the family and for a full recovery for Jennifer. Matt was a loving husband and father to five children. Matt and Jennifer were very supportive of their community. I’ve been asked multiple times about a GoFundMe. This does not surprise me as Matt and Jennifer gave SO MUCH to their community and their community wants to give back. Instead of trying to come up with the right words to say how amazing this family is, I am going to share one post from the Marthasville Fire Protection District and ask you to look at the Facebook posts on the following pages; Gerald-Rosebud Fire Protection and Police Department, Bourbon Fire Protection District, Warrenton Fire Protection District, Union Fire Protection District, Boles Fire Protection District, Warren County Emergency Management Agency, and Washington Police Department to see the kind of person Matt was.
"We lost a great friend Sunday, June 4. Matt Pauk, owner of Patriot Towing, lost his life in a tragic motorcycle accident. His wife, Jen, is seriously injured and will remain in our prayers. We remember Matt as someone who gave selflessly to help the MFPD in any way he could. He made it possible for us to offer great training opportunities because he donated his time and equipment. His skill and dedication while on scene was topnotch.
Our hearts break for his family and we truly feel the loss of his life and presence in the lives of our members. It will be hard to fill the hole that is left because of his death. He will be missed sorely by our members. Our thoughts go constantly to his family. Our prayers are for healing for Jen and comfort for the entire family. He was a true friend." -Marthasville Fire Protection District
