The Phil Fund (OLU Class of 90)

Donation protected
Mr. Unbreakable (Philip Nemeth) our classmate, friend and one of God's Children is currently facing another battle in life.

Phil as we all know him for 35 years was classified as a type 1 diabetic. Due to being a diabetic it almost cost Phil his life. His life was spared but he lost all vision in one eye and 80% in the other along with going on kidney dialisys. He did recieve a double kidney transplant and is no longer considered a diabetic but his body still reacts to damage that way.

Just a few weeks ago Phil got a small fracture in his foot and because his body attacks damaged areas he found out yesterday that it was infected anh that his foot would have to be amputated in the next 48 hours.

Now those that know Phil know that he beileves laughter cures all wounds. He has always been positive and has not wasted his life by feeling sorry for himself. Phil went on to get a great education and was even given an award at the United Nations.

Phil would never ask for finanical help but I know how much the future is going to cost him with fittings and adjustments. I was hoping we could all give a little just to show him he is not alone.

FUNDS WILL GO TOWARDS:

Upgrading any prosthetic he may recieve.
Personalizing his new limb.
Buying him some passes to the Improv and Comedy Store.

Surgery was at 9:30 am PST on March 15th 2017

We need to raise 5000.00 in the next 30days so the funds are ready for him after the swelling goes down and he can be fit with a new foot.

PLEASE DO WHAT YOU CAN. If this was your son ask yourself what you would do?
