The Phoenix Journey

Hi, I'm Dominique, and I'm fundraising to begin the initial steps for my non-profit. I was diagnosed with MS, and this diagnosis nearly destroyed me. Between the physical and mental damage the disease does, I was at rock bottom until God gave me the strength to gain health knowledge. All while providing the resources and finances needed to achieve my health on a holistic route. This alternative option was vital despite the many doctor reports saying otherwise.

Why?

Through my long journey, I realized many others with autoimmune diseases need the same information, resources and financial help I had. After doing much research, I have found an overlapping of information for various autoimmune disorders, where I can give these things to others in a way where they can minimize, at a minimum, their symptoms. I want to give them a better quality of life back to them the same way it was provided for me.

With the team of people I have behind me already in place, I am confident this can be a reality. Grant writing will begin after the 1st of the year with the expectation of a 4-6 month waiting period. Before that moment, there is much to do to prepare for future fundraising opportunities.

How will the money be used

Funds will be used for filing purposes with the state & IRS, website creation, marketing of the fundraisers, and further research to find the best applicants for those we want to help. Creating content for the applicants, fees for the lawyers and any other items needed to get us up and going.

Tax receipts will be created as soon as our filing process is complete.
