For those of you who know Stephen, know that he would give you the shirt off his back. He is always there for his family, friends, teammates, and players when needed. Right now, he needs your support and prayers.

He will have open heart surgery next week and has a long road ahead. His recuperation from the surgery will take weeks, and he will have to recuperate both at the hospital and at his home. During this time, he cannot continue working (he is self-employed) and spend time traveling back and forth to rehabilitation.

We would like to set up a go fund me to support him and Courtney during this difficult time. This financial support will ease their minds and let them focus on his recovery.

UPDATE. Stephen just came out of surgery and everything went smoothly. We are relieved and grateful for the doctors and nurses at Mass General

I am overwhelmed with the donations, love and support everyone has shown.
