I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to share some sad news about our beloved doorman, Jose Polanco, who unexpectedly lost his wife three months ago. Jose is now solely responsible for the care of his two young children, ages 5 & 8.

As a community and given this tremendous hardship, we are starting a fundraising campaign to support Jose during this incredibly difficult time. Our aim is to raise $5,000 to help alleviate some of the financial burdens he may be facing.
