The Polish Scout House St Briavels, Wye Valley

The Polish Scout House in the Wye Valley has seen thousands of girl and boy cubs, scouts and venture scouts enjoy spending time close to nature in this wonderful setting. Polish Scouting in the UK helps children and young people to develop physically, emotionally and spiritually to become better members of their communities. Cub camps in particular fill the valley with laughter and song. We have refurbished a caretakers cottage and built a state of the art activity centre having raised £1.65M. The final hurdle is to refurbish the original 'White House' seen in the video.  We have already raised over £500,000 for this project and have a project management team, a contractor and schedule of works all lined up.  The refurbished house will restore the traditional heart of the site and will provide stand alone accommodation for school class sized groups.  This will allow an even wider group of children and young adults access to the surrounding environment.
