The Poole family-micro preemies

Kayla and Devon are two amazing people who’s lives were forever changed when twin boys Emmett & Elias were brought into this world at only 24 weeks 5 days after many complications Kayla faced and was care flighted to the women’s hospital in Indianapolis. With being born so early Kayla and Devon and the twins along with their big sister Brinleigh have a long road ahead of traveling back and forth to Indianapolis along with medical expenses accrued for the boy’s stay in the NICU in Indianapolis.
