Help the Poulsen Ohana Rebuild their Lives
Donation protected
The island of Maui has been hit hard. Harder than what you are seeing on Television, or reading in the news. It is too hard to truly share what is happening as no one can get in and out of Lahaina where the most destructive fire to hit Lahaina just happened earlier this week. Most of west Maui is still without power and water and so many loved ones we know have lost much.
I wish I could help all, but one family, that is dear to our hearts has lost EVERYTHING.
The Poulsen ohana. Eric, Lisa, Zolten, and Alexandria.
We are humbly asking if you can help in any way to help them find a way to rebuild. They lost all when their wonderful Lahaina rental burned down with all of their items, and decades of memories lost.
Their daughter's beloved pets had to be left behind. The childhood art projects, surfboards, and trophies their son earned... all now gone.
Through the last 48 hours, Eric and Lisa remained hopeful they didn't lose their home but from here on the Mainland we knew they had.. from aerial shots, we could see, I found what looked to be their home and we knew and our hearts ached while we waited for them to confirm. It brings tears to my eyes to watch the island that I love hurt so badly so if I can do anything for just one family, it is this one. Please help even a dollar from many can provide so much and a new beginning in hopes they can stay on their island that is home.
Any funds provided will 100% be distributed to this family directly for food, clothing, and rebuilding their lives. Photos are before and after of their home.
Thank you,
