Hello, my name is Leonardo Sifuentes and I am fundraising to open up my own Tae Kwon Do school. I practice this sport since I was 3 years old due to my father being a teacher of this sport in Mexico. At 13 I became his assistant and realized that teaching is also my passion. At 17 as I was arriving to the United States I was diagnosed with Diabetes type 1, I took some time to process this radical and drastic change in my life. Working as a professor myself has helped me become strong not only physically but mentally, but what actually makes me the strongest is the impact I can cause on my students. My experience so far with students have been so positive and insightful that fill my heart with energy, respect and love. One of my most valuable dream is to continue my father's legacy with my own vision, passion and courage. This is why your cooperation is of great help, this way I can continue with my dream of sharing what I know with others and leave my mark.
