The Queers Upstairs Fundraising

Thank you to everyone who supported us in 2023. We’ve successfully cultivated a unique and exciting new experience for the Queer Baltimore community - in large part thanks to you! This year, we are planning to expand and enhance the experience at The Queers Upstairs events at Aliceanna Social Club. To bring about these enhancements, we need your help! You can help in two ways: through donating your time and energy OR through a financial donation (or both).

This community is full of wonderfully talented and vibrant people who have expressed interest in helping The Queers Upstairs. If you are interested in working as a Queer creative, we have opportunities available for DJs and photographers, If interested, please email:  [email redacted].

Donations will also go towards social media ads to spread the word about the new Queer Night and for production purposes like decor that can take the party to the next level (pun intended).

If you prefer to give a monetary donation, we are so thankful for any amount you are compelled to give. In the interest of providing transparency on how donations are used, note that the following costs are associated with these roles.

$300/night for a DJ

$70/hour for photographers

$200 for social media advertising

$300 for decor: lighting, wall art, etc.
