Help refurbish the Raven Inn

The Raven Inn, Glazebury, Warrington is a historic building which has served the local communities and beyond for hundreds of years. For over three years, the local communities of Glazebury and Culcheth have been fighting to prevent the Raven from being demolished to make way for residential properties. After fighting off two developers, the Inn was put up for auction on 31st March 2022 and was purchased by two local families who intend to lease the pub to the community. We hope to create not just a local pub but also a community hub with lots of activities and facilities aimed at bringing people together. The previous owners had stripped the interior of all its fixtures and fittings, and further damage was caused when the pub was empty. We now need to raise funds for a major refurbishment and hope you will consider supporting us!
