Hi there I'm Captain Rob and I started the RC Model Geeks Youtube Channel 6 years ago, to document my love of RC Models. I build models and share my journey, in my free time from a small shed.
As the RC Model Geeks channel has grown the work area for making models has filled with tools, equipment and the models i have built.
The time has now come to find a new shed! in fact a full blown workshop! To allow the RC Model Geeks to grow, and enable me to give back to the modeling community, by offering goods and services. As well of course continuing to make unique modeling videos.
I am currently a full time carer for my elderly mother who is 91. I gave up my job and really my life, to ensure she can live out her final few years in her own home.
My only escape from this is building models and making videos for everyone to enjoy.
I also have to think about my future and what will happen after my mothers passing. So i need to set in place now the foundations for a successful modeling business.
This can only happen with the help of YOU!
