the results of "the KIA boys"

Hi, my name is Michael. In June 2 boys tried to steal my 2019 KIA Forte but failed. On June 26, after extensive repairs with my mechanic of 22 years, it was discovered that my car was stolen. Found later by the police destroyed and left destroyed.

When I inspected the car, I found that the garage door opener was missing. With fear for my sisters who live with me and I, I had to spend over 700 to put in a new garage door opener and house locks. Of course not covered by insurance. This is not fair but safety first.

At the end of this mess, because Capital One failed to tell me when they refinanced my car in 2022 they did not continue my GAP insurance. AND they did not reveal this to me. This is upsetting and unethical. In the end, after the insurance pays off my car, which I no longer have, I still owe over 2800. I can only ask the many friends that I have tried to help and support can help me. I need to get a car asap.
