The Rickman Fund

Donation protected

Funding the fight for life.

On February 4th, Eli Rickman and several friends left a concert in Dallas, TX and requested an Uber ride home. After the Uber picked them up and headed towards their destination, it was struck (T-boned) by a drunk driver in a much larger SUV. The drunk driver, so it goes, was unharmed and was placed immediately under-arrest for intoxication assault. Eli, the Uber driver, and his three friends were not so lucky; they were all taken to the hospital, several of them requiring the ICU.

Eli suffered life-threatening injuries and had emergency surgery. Although he has now regained partial consciousness, we remain diligent in the fight for his full recovery from this terrible accident.

The ask is simple... give what you can spare.

While we have tried to reach as many of Eli's friends and family as possible, we know that we have not been able to reach everyone. We ask that you please share this heartbreaking news and request for help with anyone who may know Eli Rickman.

UPDATE: All donated funds will soon be provided directly to Eli's mother (Reena Rickman). She will manage the graciously donated funds directly for Eli as he manages his way through the remainder of his healing, recovery and rehabilitation. Your continued thoughts and prayers are sincerely appreciated.
