The Ricky Goone Recovery Fund
Donation protected
On Friday, April 14, 2017 Ricky Goone unexpectedly suffered a stroke. Fortunately, his son, Dylan, arrived home at the perfect time to call 911 and got him to the hospital in time to have a lifesaving surgery.
Doctors were able to stabilize Rick on Friday night. He is currently in the Critical Care Unit as doctors wait for the swelling in his brain to decrease. Doctors are unsure how long his rehab will be.
Right now what we do know is that Rick's road to recovery is going to be a long one.
Due to the stroke, Rick will not be able to work for a while. Therefore, he will not have any income come in to help pay for medical bills or for the families personal expenses.
Rick is a single father to 4 children (3 in college and 1 in high school). He is a devoted friend and brother. Being the first one to be there for someone has always been part of Rick's nature.
Please consider donating to Rick and the Goone Kids.
