We are Kat, Erin, Connor, and Sean. The four kids of the infamous Ricky and the four competitors in what we are calling "The Ricky Race"

In Honor of November being Men's Health Awareness Month, We are going head-to-head and competing against each other in a fitness competition to fundraise for the Prostate Cancer Centre here in Calgary, Alberta.

Men’s Health Awareness Month hits close to home for the four of us this year. Back In July 2023, our Dad (or Ricky as we like to refer to him) was diagnosed with Metastatic Prostate Cancer. While his battle is just beginning, we are grateful for places like the Prostate Cancer Centre. Without the Medical staff, research, awareness, and education they provide, our family could have been in a very different situation.

Every year around 4600 Canadians die of prostate cancer and 67 are diagnosed every day. Each of us will be Challenging ourselves to a fitness activity around the significance of these numbers. Whether it is lifting 4600 kilos over the month, 67 minutes of activity a day or 67 repetitions of a certain exercise. We are competing to hit our fitness challenge goal as well as which sibling can raise the most funds!

We are looking to raise $4000 or ($1000 each) to go towards the Prostate Cancer Centre in our Dad’s Name and we would love to have your support! Whether it's $5 or $100 donation, in your donation message give us a challenge or dare and we will also incorporate it into our competition.
