The Ronald Barger Family Fund

On Wednesday morning, September 9th, a tragic accident took the life of a wonderful man.  Ron Barger was hit and killed while driving his motorcycle to work in the early hours of the morning.  At only 38 years old, Ron leaves behind his adoring wife and soul mate, Nikki and three beautiful children.  Nikki is now the single mother to Brooke, 16, both daddy's princess and tenderhearted older sister who loved making her family laugh, Ronald (Ronnie) Jr, 14, though recently  diagnosed with Crohn's Disease, is always first in line to offer his dad a helping hand, and the youngest, Brantley, 9,  a sweet and silly boy who had his dad wrapped around his pinky finger and never missed an opportunity to throw a silly dab his father's way.

Ron was an extremely devoted husband and loving father - a fantastic son, brother and friend that was willing to drop anything for anyone in his life.  
He had followed in his father's footsteps when he and a friend opened Orlando Auto Body, located on Old Cheney Highway.  Ron and his father were each other's best friends.  His mother was his biggest cheerleader and thought the sun rose and set in him.  She was proud beyond measure of his dedication to his family, and he felt the same about her.   Ron was sincere,  and cherished by so many people - he will be missed, grieved and remembered every day to come.

After spending the greatest part of her life caring for her children at home, most recently, Nikki has returned to school taking classes to become a CPA to help support her family.  As you can imagine, the endeavor is now more important than ever before.

This GoFundMe will help Nikki pay for funeral costs,  Ronnie's medical treatments and doctors appointments, family counseling, and daily expenses.  The financial burden is overwhelming.

Sadly, this isn't the only tragedy this family is healing from.  Last year they lost Frank Barger, brother, son, and cousin, and just 9 short days ago they said goodbye to Thomas Barger, one of Ron's favorite people to cancer.
