I hope this letter finds you well. I am reaching out to you with an urgent and heartfelt appeal for support. My best friend, Leinda, is in desperate need of a kidney, and we are seeking your help to make a difference in her life.

Leinda is a remarkable individual, facing challenges with resilience and determination. She was diagnosed with Lupus in 2004 at the age of 19. She did not let this setback hinder her aspirations. Leinda pursued higher education with unwavering dedication, earning a bachelor's degree in biology, a Master’s in Physiology, and is now on the verge of completing her Ph.D. in Health Sciences.

Tragically, in November 2021, Leinda contracted meningitis, and as a result, developed kidney failure. Currently, she undergoes dialysis three times a week, spending 3 hours and 30 minutes each session just to sustain her life. Despite these challenges, Leinda continues to persevere and has maintained an admirable level of commitment to her goals and contributions to the community.

We are reaching out to compassionate individuals like yourself, appealing for your support in our quest to find a kidney donor for Leinda. Your generous donation can make a significant impact on her life, giving her the chance to overcome this critical health crisis and continue her valuable contributions to society.
