The Saint Basil Academy Experience Fund
Donation protected
Deck the Halls! It's that time of year! Please consider partnering with the Annunciation Cathedral of New England Philoptochos Chapter #3014, to support our annual commitment to the children of Saint Basil Academy this Christmas season. Since 2009, our chapter has provided a monetary Christmas gift to each child residing at the academy. This year we learned that Saint Basil Academy is launching the “Experience Fund” which will pay for special experiences for the children such as outings to museums, the zoo, etc. Our Philoptochos Chapter is excited to announce that we will be the inaugural donors that will launch this fund with a $5,000 donation! Additionally, should we surpass our goal of $5,000, we will use the funds to donate to additional Massachusetts-based children's organizations. The ladies of Philoptochos, your sisters and friends would like to acknowledge your continued generosity which has helped our chapter in reaching our commitments to those in need. May God bless you and your family with a happy, safe and joyous holiday season!

The Saint Basil Academy (established in 1944) is a national not-for-profit philanthropic center of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America which provides love, shelter, food, education, protection and a home for her orphans, children of chronically ill or destitute parents or children from broken homes. The Saint Basil Academy ministers to the whole child: mind, body, and spirit. Their mission is to facilitate shelter, protection, love, and education in youth so they grow up to be healthy, wholesome, well-rounded Orthodox Christians, as well as productive members of society with vision and hope.
