Time do some kiltwalks again! this year I'll be walking Aberdeen, Dundee and Edinburgh

This time I'm fundraising for a charity that changed my life! I left ayr in 2019 broken, terrified and with nothing but the clothes on my back and my terrified kids. After 5 years of physical, mental, financial, emotional and sexual abuse, I picked the kids up from school and we fled, we never went home.

Working with womans aid, they referred me to The Scottish Centre for Personal Safety and it changed my life. I done my 1to1 sessions and I felt more empowered each week. I was leaving the house, I felt safe for the first time in such a long time. I started taking the kids to the weekly krav class and I watched their confidence grow too.

I knew this was something women everywhere should know, so I became an instructor!

We travel all over Scotland delivering self defence and personal safety courses to people from all different groups! From womans aid to the girl guides! We've been to the Orkneys this year and Shetlands last year! We've been to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Fife, Dundee and loads of other places in between, delivering courses to a number of different vulnerable groups. We have had people travel from a far to our Centre for courses. We have delivered classes and courses to local groups and individuals.

We can't do this without funding. So I'm asking for a wee bit of help . Every single penny helps and I'm so grateful
