The Severe Drought in Amboseli, Kenya
Donation protected
As many of you know, I've traveled several times to Amboseli, Kenya, with my Aunt & Uncle's foundation, Coins for Change. The severe drought that has plagued the area in the last 18 months has devastated the Maasai community. People, wild and domestic animals are all suffering from lack of rain. At the Coins for Change Safe House for girls, an elephant pulled down the water tank (bought in 2017 with help from my Hudson colleagues) in a desperate attempt for water. This tank supplied the farm and the homestead. I hope to raise money for a new tank and send money for food supplies during this challenging time. It is becoming an increasingly dangerous situation, and it is with a hopeful heart I ask for your support. Any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for contributing to this cause, which means so much to me.
All my love,
Emily
