Monday morning our beloved Erin suddenly passed away after giving birth to a beautiful baby girl. There aren't enough kind words to describe the genuinely beautiful soul Erin was and will continue to be. She is so loved and is going to be incredibly missed by so many.
Erin's family was her proudest accomplishment . During this heartbreaking time, Erin would want nothing more than for everyone to pull together for her family.
It was very important to Erin to breast feed her little girl. To honor her wishes, there is a breast milk donation program through the hospital that your monetary donations will go to. (It costs roughly $120/day to feed a newborn. Unfortunately, insurance does not cover this.)
Other donations will be used for her children's education, Christmas gifts, everything baby, childcare and basic needs it's going to take to support the Shapple’s.

Services for Erin will be Saturday December 22 at Notre Dame in Bethlehem. Calling hours 9:30 am - 11 am, Mass and Burial to follow.
