Help the sheriffs with medical & everyday costs

Hi, my name is Tia and I have set up this go fund me page for Aunty Julie & Uncle Darren.

Julie & Darren sheriff have gone through the unimaginable since the tragic passing of their only daughter, Abbey.

Not long after Abbey tragically passed, Darren was rushed into hospital on July 9th and has been in and out of hospital since. Darren goes in for another operation in a few days all while preparing to go to court for Abbey’s case on 11th OCTOBER (also on Abbeys 22nd birthday).

Darren has perforation of the bowel and was septic and could have died within a few days if Julie Didn’t take him to the hospital when she did. With his recent visit at Fiona Stanley hospital he had a bowel blockage, His kidney, liver and intestines are failing. He was receiving liquid food via PICC line as he couldn’t keep anything down and wasn’t eating. It was just set back after set backs for these two.

Meanwhile bills are adding up, rent needs to be paid, court costs and even just everyday living ie food, petrol to go to hospital etc is really hitting them. They might even have to move out of their home, the home were the memories of their beloved Abbey is, where they still feel her presence. Julie has also just had to have surgery which was booked over a year ago so she is unable to work until she is recovered. But with Darren in and out of hospital Julie hasn’t been able to return back to work meaning there is no income.
