West lancs YC 24hr race

The Hyland brothers both avid members of Chase Sailing club have decided to take part in the 24hr West lancs YC race. They will be completing this race in aid of Pohwer advocacy service. Pohwer is a charity and membership organization, they provide information, advice, support, and advocacy to people who experience disability, vulnerability, distress, and social exclusion. This is something very close to the Hyland family and their aim is to raise as much money as possible.

The brothers have been restoring an old GP 14 sailing boat, getting ready to set it to sail on the marine lake in Southport. The race spans over a 24hr period which would normally consist of teams swapping over every few hours, but Josh and Eden have decided to take on the mammoth task of completing the full 24hrs as a team of two.
