The Stivers Family

The Stivers Family of Richmond, VA lost their beloved home on July 10th, 2017 to a fire. There are no fire hydrants in their neighborhood so firefighters were unable to contain the flames until water was transported from other counties. Dozens of firetrucks and rescuers worked tirelessly to put out the fire. Jen and Greg Stivers, along with their children Elizabeth, Grace, Samuel, and Andrew all made it out of the home unharmed. However, their home suffered severe damage and they lost nearly all of their belongings. While the family copes with their loss, the community of Richmond is coming together.
