Help an Indigenous Family Keep Our House

Hello. My situation is dire so I am not able to muster up the energy to be pleasant in this blurb.
I'm Rose and the beautiful cat with me in the photo is Yoda Tiberius. He's 14 and dying of cancer. I can't afford treatment and I can't afford to get him put to sleep either--I am watching my unswerving companion of 11 years suffer every day and I am powerless to help.
Our house payment is $2,340. We are two months behind. We are $1500 in debt to City of Portland water services. To pay my car, insurance, power, internet, and natural gas bill is $1000. To get Yoda compassionate care for end of life is another $700.
All in all I suspect I'm about $8,000 in the red, but I'm scared there are things I've missed and that that number is a low ball.
These numbers stacked up because I moved into a house I could afford with a lifestyle well within my means before the tech layoffs and now I'm struggling uphill as a daycare employee.
If you can help, please do. I have applied and been rejected from housing assistance, bill assistance, and TANF so I don't know what else to do.
Thanks, and I hope none of you end up where I am right now.
