Greg Jones, a father lost too soon.

In memory of Greg Jones. Those who knew Greg Jones will remember him as a funny, gentle, kind-hearted friend. As a 24-year veteran City of Peekskill police officer, he was a pillar in the Peekskill Community. If there was a community event, Greg was there offering a helping hand. Greg also served as a School Resource Officer, Community Resource Officer, D.A.R.E. Instructor where countless students looked up to him and was a devout member of the Community Policing Unit.

Tragically, Greg's life ended this past Thanksgiving night. He leaves behind his loving family, including three young children, ages 7, 3 and 1 and their mother, Mary Greenan, who is also a longtime City of Peekskill police officer. Greg loved his entire family more than words could describe; he worked hard every day to help provide for them. We hope to raise as much money as possible to help bridge the financial gap for Greg and Mary's young children caused by this recent tragedy.

Funds are being raised by Mary's sister and brother, Cathleen Greenan and John Greenan. 100% of donations will be given to Mary Greenan to help with child-related expenses. We appreciate any amount that you can give.
