The Tom Shattuck Covid Palate Fund

Hi Friend, as you know by now, Tom found out on February 20th that he had contracted COVID-19 when he was unable to smell maple sausages on the stove. He was also unable to taste roasted pork. HE. TASTES. NOTHING.

Let that sink in.

As he recovers, Tom's palate will need to be retrained. It is our assessment that the best course of action is to awaken Tom's taste buds by bombarding them with high-end cuisine at New England's finest restaurants. Through a long but difficult journey at places like The Capital Grille, Grill 23, Aquitaine, and the like, Tom's eating experience can one day be whole again.

He's willing to put the work in.
