The tragic death of John Mills - $$ for the family

John Mills was a man who radiated joy and had an infectious smile. He was a husband, father, teacher, and friend. As the principal of the school at which he worked, I looked forward to seeing the energy he brought to his Grade 5 class every day and interacting with him in our staff room, where he always brought a smile and positive attitude.

Unfortunately, he passed away unexpectedly during the night of May 13th, which has left us all in shock.

He is survived by his wife Seana, who has just undergone major back surgery. She is currently off work and has limited mobility. His son Liam is only 10 years old. These funds will go directly to Seana to help her burden the cost of the funeral, and help her with everyday expenses.

John worked as a teacher as St. Mary's School Chilliwack, St. Patrick's Maple Ridge, and Sacred Heart in Delta. We are hoping these communities where he served dutifully in Catholic education are especially motivated to contribute to this campaign.
