Build The Trap!

The Trap Studio began in a small office space with the goal of bringing the gift of yoga in a not so common way. No one cared that it lacked the glam of larger studios. The small space heaters ,the Beats Pill that music blared from. Squeezing 24 people in a space fit for 15, those sweaty Saturday mornings. The natural way the regulars embraced the nervous newbies at the studio.Whew we created loving memories. This is the true foundation of our Trap Family, we were there for the true essence of yoga and community.  During the shutdown we decided to let our little baby go without any idea of where we would end up. We used the downtime to revisit an opportunity through Motor City Match, where they'd match us with a building owner and assist with the permit and signing process. We found a great space Downtown Detroit ready for yogis. The funding for this buildout placed solely on the business. We are excited for the opportunity to experience this process. We have made it to the fundraising phase. As we prepare for life after Covid we are looking to come out of the trying time in history better than ever.  So we leave this as an open invite to let your donations flow. As we lay the foundation for our new yoga home. No donations are too small and none too great. The intent to give creates an energetic wave that can only be measured as love.
