The Trivette Twins need your help

Hello all I'm Melissa Bortz, Caitlyn's aunt and I'm hoping to raise some funds to help Justin & Caitlyn Trivette while the twins, Faith & Hope are getting the best medical care possible. These funds will all go directly to the expenses incurred while Caitlyn & Justin are off work and traveling to and from facilities with one or both girls. Faith is for sure being transferred to Vanderbilt(as soon as possible) for further treatment of her brain hemorrhage.

They believe Faith had the hemorrhage while in utero because of the progression. Her hydrocephalus is much worse. Her Ventricle is very full and swelling of course. The doctor is calling Vanderbilt tomorrow to refer her for VAD which is a ventricular access device to help them draw off the pressure ans excess cerebrospinal fluid until she is big enough for a shunt. As long as she remains stable will be transported by vehicle but if she has any decline or is not stable would be flown. But for now still doing okay and stable. But the hydrocephalus will never go away and only thing they can do is intervene surgically. And she will eventually have a shunt. Hope will remain at JCMC NICU until discharged as long as she's stable. This will be so hard on Justin & Caitlyn to be with both girls in two separate hospitals, in separate cities... and they need our help. The social workers will try to get housing for them at Vanderbilt but for the first bit they will have to provide their own accommodations. Justin will be traveling back and forth to be with Hope as well until she's discharged. This little family has a long road ahead of them. Please donate if you can.
