The Troutman Family

Donation protected
On Friday, June 30, the Troutman family suffered a devastating loss when their Battle Ground home caught fire. The fire department got there within minutes but despite their best efforts, the home is completely lost. Between the fire, smoke damage, and water damage, most of their belongings will not be able to be salvaged. Anyone who knows this family, knows how much that home means to them. Timm Troutman started building the home in 1998 but then shortly after was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy and cancer. He continued to work on the home for as long as possible despite his illnesses and with the help of the Battle Ground community. Sadly, he passed away in 2017 without the home ever being completely finished. This family has already suffered unimaginable loss. Losing the house now, with all the memories it holds, has been heartbreaking. Mostly everything will need to be replaced except the clothes they were wearing when the fire started. Please donate anything you can and if you are unable to donate, please share this post so we can get the word out. Thank you
