The Unit MMA Kids European Championship Funding
Donation protected
The Unit Mixed Martial Arts in Rossington has had 5 of our young students chosen to represent the United Kingdom at the European MMA Championships this August in Rome!
This trip is all self funded and we are looking at paying for all the kids flights and accommodation costs. We will be doing lots of different fundraising events but this will be used as the online donation centre.
These kids have worked so hard and it would be amazing to help make this trip as easy as possible for all of them.
Ayesha Dacunha aged 16 is the oldest of the group and has been training in martial arts for the best part of 10 years. With a strong kickboxing background she has worked extremely hard to hone her skills in mixed martial arts. This will be her biggest challenge yet and as the oldest in the group she hopes to lead the way into victory!
James Taylor aged 15 is the most experienced of the group having well over 30 bouts in various disciplines. He has fought in front of hundreds of people at local events like Caged Steel and is using his recent momentum to go to Rome and conquer!
'Captain' Jack Atherton aged 15 is 4 fights into his young MMA career and after only 1 year of training he has forged a good name for himself for being an unstoppable force with his wrestling skills. The captain is looking to take home gold for his team!
Dakota Flatters aged 13 is another experienced member of the team having trained and competed in kickboxing for the best part of 3 years. She is training harder than ever and is hoping to smash the competition in Rome!
Isabel Lees aged 12 is the youngest of the group, the smallest but the fiercest! A big stage for her to show just why she's the fiercest in the group!
All of these young men and women train 4-5 days a week and are exceptionally talented kids, please help them chase their dreams to becoming CHAMPIONS!
