EF2 tornado that touched down shortly after 6am with damaging winds of over 115 mph according to reports

The Vessel Project of Louisiana is a grassroots mutual aid, disaster relief, and environmental justice organization founded in Southwest Louisiana in response to several federally declared disasters, including hurricanes Laura and Delta, winter storm Uri, and the May flood of 2021.

It is now our turn as a movement to support disaster relief for them as they have done for so many in their community. Please donate to support the rebuilding efforts for The Vessel Project as well as support for office staff who will be out of their organizing space until clean-up and repair can happen.
