The Walk to Cure Encephalitis-2019
Donation protected
My 12 year old daughter Nicole died suddenly from encephalitis on March 11, 2011. Nicole was a loved daughter, sister and twin. She had flu-like symptoms and was gone within 48 hours after being hospitalized. Encephalitis is inflammation of the brain. It can be caused by many things, such as mosquitoes, ticks, the Herpes virus, auto-immune disorders or other viral or bacterial causes. Over 20,000 Americans suffer from encephalitis each year.
We are raising money for the nonprofit Encephalitis411.org, whose mission is to improve the quality of life for those impacted by encephalitis. This organization is working toward research, advocacy and awareness to improve diagnostics, rehabilitation and unknown causes of encephalitis. Please help us by donating and sharing our campaign. Your support is invaluable to this cause.
