WALK, TALK & SUPPORT. Do you want to join us in making a difference? We are raising money for YoungMinds Trust and any donation will help make an impact. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us. Expert Psychoanalyst and Author Steve McKeown and renowned Presenter and UFC Commentator John Gooden and friends Chris Smith, Phil Burman and Sarah Brown are walking from Eastbourne to Southampton (5-8 April 2019) whilst inviting people to talk about their mental health struggles and issues along the way in aid of young people's mental health by raising money for YoungMinds. In its 25th year, children and young people's mental health charity YoungMinds is aiming to raise £2.5m to help young people get the help they need when it comes to their mental health. This will be no ordinary walk as Steve and his team will be inviting people and celebrities to walk and talk about their own mental health issues providing therapy and support along the way making it available for those that need it most and for as far as their feet will take them, #walkwithme #talkwithme.  Steve says "Our primary aim is to help remove the stigma associated with mental health and talking about it. Nobody should ever feel alone and isolated. We both feel that fundraising for YoungMinds is best place start. Young people are our future and by educating them now it will help prevent further heart ache and loss". JOIN US: If you would like to join us on the walk either to talk or show your support we will be leaving from Eastbourne Pier at 9.00am on the 5th April and each day following; 6th April from Brighton Pier at 9.00am 7th April from Littlehampton Pier at 9.00am 8th April from Havant, Park Road S (outside McDonald's) at 9.00am.
