The Whitney Family

As you all may know, Kelvin Whitney was a detective at Milan Police Department and served our local community for many years. He was more than an officer, although he loved his job and his brothers in blue with a passion. Kelvin and Sheri have been married since 2014, and a freak accident has resulted in her losing her husband, and their kids losing their dad.
