The Widow and Daughter of Chase J. Willard

It is with the absolute heaviest heart that I am writing this. On Oct. 12, 2023, Chase J. Willard passed away in a vehicle accident in Cedar Hill, MO. At the tragic age of 25; he is survived by his 27-year-old wife and 9-month-old daughter.
About Chase and his Family, Chase and his Wife Lily met in High School and fell quickly and deeply in love. Even when they were separated at different schools, they would close the gap by traveling to see one another. Years passed by with the two of them growing together and having fun. Chase’s charm and magnetism have always been second to none so it's no surprise that even as the two of them were thick as thieves that they would also have an abundance of close friends. Lillian Rose Oar and Chase Joseph Willard solidified their love in marriage on 6-30-2020. The two of them have always been an exemplary couple held in high regard by so many; so, after enjoying marital bliss for some time it was no shock that they would be amazing parents. God blessed the world with Hazel Rose on Dec. 19th, 2022. She was premature (original due date 3-15-23) and in the NICU; over the next three months Chase and Lily were at the hospital EVERY day. They carefully studied their baby and took the advice of the nurses & doctors. Never has the world seen a more loving and attentive parental unit. When baby came home on Mar. 21st, 2023, they were ecstatic, over the next several months their circadian rhythms kicked in and synced; they instinctively knew what their baby needed and when.
Chase was the kind of man who did everything for everyone, like his father before him; even if it meant his own projects and work got put on the back burner. The kind of man who, when called upon, would show up for you in a moment's notice and give everything he had. He was strong and a rock to many; when our Father passed away in 2019, Chase stepped up and took our sisters under his wing and did whatever was needed. Whether it was taking them out to movies, working on their vehicles, picking up their broken-down car in the middle of the night, or simply lending an ear; he was there for them. From Dawn until Dusk and beyond he was ALWAYS working to be the best he could be for those around him, without hesitation or remorse. Words cannot even come close to describing him in entirety and what a truly good, honest, and loving Person/Husband/Father/Brother & Best Friend he was. The world is missing one of it’s best & brightest people. None will be missing him more than his Wife and Daughter, Lily & Hazel. If you see fit, please donate to help them as they prepare for the long and arduous journey that lies ahead.
