The Wilderness Inside ~ West Coast Tour

Hi there! We are The Wilderness Inside ~ a band of friends, seeking support for our very first tour :)

A little more about our band ~

The Wilderness Inside is an alternative chamber folk quartet that emerged organically from late night jam sessions and spontaneous poetry reading. Our music is inspired by the personal and collective quest towards authenticity, connection, growth and freedom ~ inner and outer re-wilding. With our varied and distinctive musical styles & experiences, The Wilderness Inside (Georgia Hathaway, Elena Spanu, Tristan Murphy & Kathryn Merriam) weaves together the sounds of harp, resonator guitar, twin fiddles, accordion, saw and 4-part vocal harmonies to create a deeply intimate and connective experience ~ leading us back to our ancestral roots, and the feeling around a crackling campfire.

We will be playing shows in the West Coast from July 15th to August 2nd of this year, and we are so deeply excited to share our music and continue to develop our sound as a collective!

As you may know ~ touring can be quite expensive, and many bands come out of a tour having lost money. We would be so deeply grateful for your support in helping us to cover some basic costs, such as:

~ Flights (around $500 each = $2000)

~ Car rental (around $500/week = $1000)

~ Harp rental + transportation (around $200-300)

(We are lucky to have friends in BC, so will not need to cover lodging :) )
