My love, my life, my everything has been in the Neuro ICU since Thursday, January 26, 2023. She was admitted for suffering from a massive stroke. She was rushed into the ER immediately and they ran tests to see what the damage was. After they determined it was a massive brain bleed they decided to sedate her to keep her comfortable and maintain her brain swelling and bleeding. She was rushed into emergency life-saving surgery the following morning where they discovered she not only had a bleed but a clot in her brain as well.

Since her surgery, she has been in the Neuro ICU and has been in critical condition ever since. We have seen small steps in the right direction every day that goes by, but she is still sedated and unconscious. They are continuing to monitor her day and night.

We have been so grateful for all of the friends and family that have been there for us through this process. The meals that have been made, the company at the hospital and the prayers that have been sent. We love to see that continuing to happen!
