THEA 2023 Backpack Blitz

THEA is excited to announce our 2nd annual Backpack Blitz! Last year, with the generosity of our colleagues, customers and partners, we donated 269 backpacks stuffed with school supplies to Rising Ground for distribution to children in need in New York's five boroughs and Westchester.

Our collaboration with Rising Ground supports the education of children grades K-12, and ensures that children in our community head back to school with the supplies they need to succeed!

The funds donated will be used to purchase the supplies below. The THEA team will then stuff the backpacks with materials and deliver them to Rising Ground. Your contribution will fund the following purchases:

The backpacks for younger children will include crayons and colored pencils in place of notebooks and sticky notes.
