Theatre in the X presents DREAMGIRLS - August '22

Theatre in the X's 2022 summer show in Malcolm X Park, running from August 18th-21st is the classic Broadway musical Dreamgirls! Our production will be directed by none other than our company Director, the incomparable Ozzie Jones. 

 

As you can imagine, this is an incredible effort that our company has been discussing for over three years and now it’s time to bring the show to the people. Of course, in order to do that, we need money! Lots of it! A simple stage play with all its components can be a very expensive proposition: A musical stage play with all of the intricacies and history that Dreamgirls offers takes a great deal of resources and we are coming to YOU, Our family and friends and supporters. We will execute an amazing and memorable experience this upcoming August, we are asking that you assist us in making it the very best experience for all audiences to enjoy.

 

Again, we are so thankful for you and all of the support you have given us over the last eight production years. We are thankful for the support that you will give us this upcoming season. We will not let you down. See you in the park!
