When you come across a couple that just lights up your life and makes you feel like family- you know that they will always be there for you... you do anything to fight the good fight for them. Unfortunately over this past weekend Greg was playing in a softball tournament as the pitcher in Saint Augustine and a ball hit him in the temple. He was then bay flighted to Jacksonville hospital where he was rushed into surgery. He had a suffered a shattered skull fracture to his Temporal, and a blood clot and active bleeding when he arrived. They immediately took him back after medically inducing him making sure he was breathing and stuff then he went through surgery. He is now in icu has been here since 10:30-11pm last night. According to Taylor his wife; he coughed twice last night which doctors did reassure her that this was a positive sign for a good recovery. Due to the severity of the surgery and recovery he is expected to be in the hospital for awhile. And we all know that hospital bills are stupid expensive. And his recovery time once he gets home will be a long and slow process but it's one that as a family we can all fight together with him. Not only that but this couple just got married and just got back from there honeymoon this past week. So as y'all can imagine funds are a little tight for them. Fusco is as stubborn as they come but we all know that- that is his strongest and best qualities. He will fight this and with all our love and support he will be able to overcome this thing. This is one couple that would do anything for anyone- day or night. And no words can express how much they mean to each one of us and how much they have impacted us all.Your in our thoughts and prayers Fusco and you will fight this thing!
