The Green Road

Welcome. My name is Lara. I am converting a school bus to run on recycled waste vegetable oil (WVO) so that I can drive fossil fuel free as I bring myself and my work to groups and communities in the U.S. I am passionate about creating and facilitating circles of healing and support for humans through these troubled times, and doing so in a way that minimizes harm to the earth and our non-human kin. 

I create and hold deeply transformative spaces to honor and tend grief, facilitate healing, cultivate resilience, and inspire creative action towards transitioning to a more unified and harmonious world. Along with the general public I have worked with a diversity of groups including youth on probation, social and environmental activists, intentional communities and eco-villages, and the houseless community.

My hope is that this project will demonstrate a way of living and giving on the road that cares for all life, and that inspires others to consider their use of fossil fuels. It is your donations here that will help me achieve my goal of converting the bus and getting on the road.  Even the smallest donation can make a difference.
