Hi, thanks for visiting our page!

The Hague 2020 Charity Cycle Ride sponsored by Woodhart Group is raising funds for the Mayor's Charities of Brighton and Hove and Team Army.

2020 is very special as it is our 5th anniversary which coincides with the 5th Invictus Games.  We are therefore marking this milestone by cycling to the Invictus Games opening ceremony at The Hague, NL.

The Hague 2020 will take place from 7th – 11th May 2020, covering 200 miles of cycling from England to The Netherlands.

On Thursday 7th May, the team will set off from Brighton and cycle 60 miles to London.  Friday 8th May will be quite tough as they cycle 75 miles to Harwich Port for the overnight ferry to the Hook of Holland.  Saturday 9th will start with the Windmill Challenge as they cycle from the ferry port to Rotterdam and then onward to The Hague for the Invictus Games opening ceremony in the evening.  Sunday we will end the cycle by riding to Amsterdam for a celebratory dinner.

We also have the pleasure of being accompanied on our event next year by some members of the all-female team of veterans from Team Army who took part in the Race Across America (RAAM) last month.

This year’s Mayor's charities include: Allsorts Youth Project, Amaze, Parent Carer's Council, Brighton Housing Trust, Brighton Table Tennis Club, Brighton Women's Centre, Clock Tower Sanctuary, Cruse Brighton & Hove, Extratime, Grace Eyre Foundation, Hummingbird Project, Oasis Project, Off The Fence, RISE, Rockinghorse, Survivors' Network, Sussex Nightstop, Sustrans, Martlets Hospice and Whoopsadaisy.  Some of our team members have personal links with these charities and we would love to provide each of them with a significant amount of money which will have a real impact.

Please watch the charity videos we have shared at the bottom of this page.

The Brighton & Hove Property Consortium is a group of local property professionals with the common goal of taking part in the annual cycling event to raise funds for these very important charities. Each cyclist has committed to raising a minimum of £750 to take part in this event so that we reach our fundraising goal of £100,000, so we would really appreciate your help in assisting them to reach their target and hence our overall goal.

Please sponsor them and help us to raise some vital money for these charities.  Our previous years’ events have now raised a combined total in excess of £150,000 which has made a huge difference to the charities involved.  Please help us keep this event going and support our committed team.
