We need your support. We have secured the buildings - now we need your help to raise funds for the essential finishes.
The Hendrix on 5th and 5th Street Suites is our plan for two unique spaces on one spacious property.

WHAT WILL The Hendrix on 5th OFFER
The Hendrix will be THE new chic event venue located on Houston’s Southwest side. Offering 2,500 square feet of design space, we will be able to accommodate birthday parties, receptions, baby showers, launch parties, corporate gatherings, photography space and so much more!
With the option of 100 guests seated or 120 standing, the Hendrix on 5th will serve as a one stop shop for the ultimate party experience.

WHAT WILL 5th Street Suites OFFER
5th Street Suites will be a professional environment to meet clients and conduct business. This 4,000 square foot, 2 story building will be home to 12 upscale office suites. It will also have a large conference room, kids lounge, coffee bar and cozy waiting area. This concept will cater to both budding entrepreneurs and established businesses alike.

OUR PLANS FOR THE BUILDINGS
The event space will have elevated ceilings with luxury lighting. The highlight of the venue will be a custom-built bar and bar shelving. It will also feature a prep kitchen, dressing room and boutique style restrooms.

We’ve put a great deal of leg work and time into the process. As a result, we have secured three extraordinary buildings. We’ve obtained permits, architectural plans and marketing gurus.
We’re teaming up with award winning designers, Chase Dowell of Chase Dowell Interiors and Lauren Ashley of LA Interiors to help us create an adaptable, swanky and vibrant space.
WHO WE ARE
For a decade, Fairrus has been the proud owner of What’s the Occasion and Floristry Houston. Darryl has traveled the world planning celebrity weddings with his company D’Concierge Events.
Collectively we have serviced thousands of incredible weddings and social events. Over the years, we’ve realized that standard spaces didn't always work for our clients. Thus leading us to create our own perfect space. Now that we have found that place, were asking you to share in our vision.
HOW YOUR FUNDS WILL HELP
We plan to open in Winter 2020 and here is how you will help us shape the space.
Your contributions will go towards:
· Plumbing for toilets & sinks
· New electrical and lighting
· Building a bar, bar shelves and DJ booth
· Sound system and up lighting
· Reconnecting utilities
· Prep kitchen equipment
· Furniture, fixtures and fittings
· Landscaping and exterior lighting
